  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, select digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (subject to the limits in our Shipping Policy).
  • Secure Transactions: All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
  • Pricing & Taxes: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Billing Issues: For any discrepancy or billing error, please contact us at hello@drinkanothr.com within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within India. Delivery availability may vary by pin code.
  • Shipping charges (if any) and Cash-on-Delivery limits are calculated at checkout and are detailed in our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (on business days) and typically delivered within 3–10 working days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

As our products are consumable beverages, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or expired/compromised. Used or consumed products are not eligible. 6. Product Quality & Health Disclaimer

  • Quality Commitment: We are committed to delivering beverages that meet our highest standards of safety and taste.
  • Shelf-life & Storage: Please refer to the product packaging for shelf-life details. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Health Disclaimer: Our products are foods/beverages and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult your healthcare provider before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are nursing.
